Firefox 3.6 and Flash

I'm waiting for a server to finish installing some updates. I close my Firefox...then try to open.

Then once I open I'm given option to upgrade my Firefox, why sure.

Chrome embraces Flash even further and Firefox thinks I should update my Adobe Flash Player right now!!
