As Web 2.0 was being discovered and coming to a head one thing that came to mind was that eventual acquisition and consolidation was going to be necessary because there are so many applications and companies.
Continuing reading my blogs and watching various sites fail and dispappear, I think the economy is acting as the Web 2.0 house cleaning and the truly strong, valuable and apps that are able to monetize are staying around.
